Franklin Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Harry Applegate as Head Varsity Girls Track Coach. Coach Applegate is a familiar face to Franklin as he has been coaching Cross Country since 2011 and leading our JH track program since 2015. Coach Applegate has been instrumental in the growth and success of both the Track and Cross Country programs at Franklin. Most recently he led the boys Cross Country team to back to back D1 Regional appearances as well as the first SWBL Title. An avid distance runner himself, Coach Applegate has completed 14 Marathons and was a qualifier for the Boston Marathon.
