Franklin Athletic Department is excited to bring back FHS Graduate and 2023 FHS Hall Of Fame Inductee Dr. Sydney Vanlandingham.
Dr. Vanlandingham will be presenting on The Performance of The Female Athlete. Covering everything from injury prevention, proper nutrition and strength training. We are inviting all female athletes in grades 6-12 and their families to the high school on Oct 2nd. The presentation will begin at 7:00pm and it will end with a Q and A.
