We are very excited to be able to offer Physicals for our athletes. Once again we are partnering with Dr. Chamberlain to provide this service. All athletes need a physical to participate in school sponsored athletics.

Cost: $10 Cash Only

Location FHS Main Gym

Schedule

2:00-2:30- Any Spring Athletes still competing and Class of 2024 (Incoming Seniors)

2:30-3:10- Class of 2025 (Incoming Juniors)

3:10-3:50- Class of 2026 (Incoming Sophomores)

3:50- 4:30- Class of 2027 (Incoming Freshman)

4:30-5:10- Class of 2028 (Incoming 8th Graders)

5:10-5:50- Class of 2029 (Incoming 7th Graders)

5:50-6:20- Any Make ups.


All Athletes will need to bring a copy of the physical paperwork which you can find here
